  (or being used as a sexual toy, are not really caused by their daddy but by Satan and they should pray to Jehovah to feel better. )

  This wasnt implied......mocking such a serious thread isnt nice. Many talk from expirence on here, not just merely psychological.

  I wasnt saying the child should pray for help and then thats it. I know they DO pray and was saying that yes to a child when the abuse doesnt stop it seems as if the prayer hasnt been heard. The child needs to know the abuse isnt their fault, and hoefully many parents will help them to see that, but in some cases the parents are the abusers.

  The child when they grow up,either see that prayers are heard or they continue to believe they werent heard. Either way, the child grows up to deal with the abuse in there own way.

  i've been a lurker in this site for some time.

  i am not a jehovah's witness, but was here because i wanted to know more about the organization, since i am in love with a jw woman.

  she recently rejected me, on the grounds that "she would not risk her relationship with jehovah for someone who would die in (snap fingers)".

  shepherding? We had thought they didnt do that anymore....people have said it still exists but NEVER ever have we had one, and we have asked in the past. Dont bother now...Jehovah provides.

  The cong should be full of all you loving ones, and it breaks my heart when i attend the meetings and see some who arent loving,and think that its ones like them that push or stumble others. Im not saying thats the only reason people leave, im just angered that these ones are there Grrrr and you and others arent. Us hurt ones should be sticking together.... thats all im tryng to say babes...sorry if it came across wrong.

  eH?? you eaten something? Yes im being serious..if WE, ones on here who dont want to listen to stupidity, had stuck together then things wouldnt have been wrong within the cong....Im meaning us victims here.

  Think you should go and have a word with yourself and LISTEN to whats being said before jumping to WRONG conclusions!!

  It's a loving provision, a jw will have meetings to attend, ministry, and certain beliefs that maybe someone who isnt a jw maynot conform with or be happy with, it could put strain on the relationship.Also if children were involved the husband is the head,even if he isnt a JW, so the mother may want the children to attend meetings and the husband may say no, or may want the children to celebrate xmas etc. It could be the man is the jw and the wife not, the wife maynot want the children to attend the meetings but the head has the final say.

  This is just a few tiny problems that could accur, and thus some marriages could end. Jehovah nor any Jw would want that.

  trueblue thats terrible!!!

  I have told many elders that matt 24v35 onwards is forgotten TOO easily, and yet Jesus said them words for a good reason. Elders are double accountable, they will pay for doing such things. Im so sorry for your brother and you too.
